THE PLANNING ACT, R.S.O. 1990

as amended SECTION 34(12)

NOTICE of the holding of a public meeting for the purpose of informing the public and hearing representation in respect of a by-law proposed for the purpose of rezoning the subject lands described as:

 

  1. Consisting of approximately .35 acres, being Lot 29 Con 3, Township of Tudor and Cashel (Cashel), County of Hastings and being shown on the Schedule attached hereto;

 

 

AND TAKE NOTICE THAT a completed application has been received by the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Tudor and Cashel for the passage of a by-law to rezone the lands as follows:

 

  1. The lands described in Paragraph 1 above be rezoned to the Rural Residential (RR) Zone.

 

AND TAKE NOTICE THAT Council will hold a public meeting on the 04th day of July, 2023, at the hour of 12:45 p.m., at the Municipal Building, 371 Weslemkoon Lake Road, RR 2, GILMOUR, for the purpose of informing the public in respect of the by-law and Council shall hear any person who attends the meeting and wishes to be heard in respect of the proposed zoning by-law amendment.
