Amendment To Township Zoning By-law No. Z-2010-01, as amended

 

Notice of Public Meeting

Please TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Tudor & Cashel will hold a Public meeting on the 11th day of June, 2024 at 12:45 at the Township Office at 371 Weslemkoon Lake Road.  This Public Meeting will consider an application to amend the Township’s Comprehensive Zoning By-law No. Z-2010-01, as amended and is being held in accordance with Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chap. P.13.

 

Location of Subject Lands

The requested zoning amendment will apply to lands located in CWHR, PT Lot 17, Lot 18-20, Township of Tudor and Cashel (Tudor), now in the Township of Tudor and Cashel, County of Hastings.   A sketch shown the location of the subject lands is attached.

 

Purpose (and Explanation) of the Proposed Amending By-Law

The requested zoning amendment will, if put into force and effect, serve the following purpose:

  • To rezone lands being CWHR, PT Lot 17, Lot 18-20, Township of Tudor and Cashel (Tudor), from Rural Holding (R-H) to Rural Residential (RR) Zone
  • To meet the conditions of Consent file 107/23
